On the slimming world plan, treating yourself to a chocolate bar now and then is fine as long as you track their syns, but what about Malteser bunnies, are they high in syns?

Malteser bunnies have 3 syns per bunny, making them an excellent low syn treat for when you get a chocolate craving.
