Everyone can benefit from eating less red meat, especially if you're dieting for weight loss, but it does not mean that you can't have it all, we would just suggest eating it in moderation and opting for leaner cuts of red meat when possible.

Bacon medallions are great to have on the slimming world plan as an alternative to regular bacon, these medallions have 30% less fat and on average are only 2.5 for two medallions, allowing you to have up to 12 before using your whole allowance.
They do have a high sodium content, however, so consume within moderation.
Most assume meatballs would not be diet-friendly on slimming world, however, most are not too high on syns, allowing you to have around 5 of them for 8 syns depending on their ingredients.
You can always make your syn free meatballs too with lean beef mince rather than full fat.
Regular full fat pork sausages should typically be avoided on the slimming world plan since they are so high in fat and syns, but nowadays you can find sausage thins as well as reduced fat options which are often much lower in syns.
For example, Mattessons reduced fat sausages have just 7 syns for the whole pack.
Black pudding is known to be high in fat, most people assume this is because the pudding is made out of blood, but more than often it is because of the suet inside of the puddings, making it high in calories.
You will typically find that most black puddings have around 6-7 syns a slice, but you can find reduced fat options too which are lower in syns.
Corned beef is a great kind of snack to have on slimming world, and doesn't use too many of your syns, costing just 3.5 syns for a slice or 11 syns for 100g of a can.
We would suggest using leaner cuts of corned beef if you want to reduce syns.
Overall, red meat can be eaten on the slimming world plan within moderation, but you should stick with lean options such as lean minced beef to keep your meat syn free. Always look for reduced-fat sausages or bacon with less than 5% fat when picking red meat to help reduce syns further.
