On the slimming world weight loss plan, most users are given a 15 syn daily allowance in addition to certain syn-free foods (check our list here) for snacking.

As long as your snacks fit within this syn allowance, you will still lose weight on the plan, if you go over your syns you might see slower weight loss or even weight gain!

Eggs are syn free on the slimming world plan and are a great high-protein healthy snack to have in between meals. The best way to have eggs on the slimming world plan is by boiling them since they don't contain oil.

Chicken Pieces
