Method
Start by heating low cal spray oil in your pan then add onion, garlic, ginger, and your celery.
Next, add your carrots and a few spoons of stock.
Stir the lentils in, spices and tomato paste.
Add your stock and boil/simmer for around 20 minutes.
Serve with coriander!
