Ingredients

  • 195g of rolled oats.
  • Two bananas.
  • 15g of chocolate chips.
  • Three spoons of maple syrup.
  • One egg white.
  • Three spoons of sweetener.
  • A drop of vanilla extract.
  • Low cal cooking spray.

Method

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to around gas mark 4 then mash your banana, sweetener, vanilla and egg white all together in a bowl.
  2. Add your oats and chocolate chips into the mix then combine and press down into a greased baking tray evenly.
  3. Divide your bars slightly with a knife then bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Cool then package in a container.
