Chicken Tikka Masala
This SW friendly chicken masala takes out the traditional cream in this Indian dish and replaces it with a tub of Greek yoghurt for a syn friendly count and creamy sauce!

Ingredients
250g of total 0% Greek yoghurt.
Four chicken breasts.
Curry powder.
Garlic.
Onion.
Ginger.
Tomato paste.
Cumin.
Cinnamon.
Basmati rice.
Method
Step one - Mix your yoghurt and curry powder in a bowl together then season and add your chicken until it is coated with the mixture.
Step two - Heat your grill underneath and start to fry the onion, garlic, ginger and spice for around 2 minutes, then stir in your tomato paste and water, bring to a boil.
Step three - Place your chicken pieces on skewers, grill until cooked then put them into your sauce discarding the skewers.
Step four - Remove from heat and add the rest of your yoghurt!
Slimming World Strawberry Mousse
If you fancy a sweet treat then why not try fixing yourself up a 1/2 syn healthy mousse with your tub of Greek yoghurt?
Ingredients
One tub of total 0% Greek yoghurt.
80ml of boiling water.
1 Sachet of Hartley strawberry jelly (sugar-free).
1 pot of strawberry light.
Method
Step one - Mix your jelly and water in a bowl, allow it to cool then add both of your yoghurts.
Step two - Whisk the mixture for a little bit to allow air inside.
Step three - Pour into individual bowls and place in the fridge for an hour until set.
Step four - Top with fresh strawberry's and serve!
