Ingredients

  • 150g of quark.
  • Low cal cooking spray.
  • Twelve chicken thighs.
  • Spoon of paprika.
  • Zest of lemon.
  • 400g of pasta.
  • Garlic.

Method

  1. Start by heating your oven to gas mark 9 then mix the garlic, lemon and spices.
  2. Spray a baking tray with your low cal oil and bake your chicken thighs for around 20 minutes.
  3. Cook your pasta when the chicken is nearly done and mix the quark into the juices of the chicken.
