Should I Eat White Bread On Slimming World?

Overall, if you can, we would always suggest switching over to wholemeal bread on the slimming world plan as it gives you extra syns to play with and has more fibre and health benefits which can aid in weight loss.

However, if you are a lover of white bread, it's not bad to have the occasional slice as long you are tracking it in your syns, make sure to know the weight of your slice beforehand and double if having two slices.
