You might have heard some bread is syn free on the SW plan, this is not completely true but brown bread can be used as your Healthy extra B, meaning that it counts towards your fibre allowance and doesn't have to be used as syns.
White bread has less fibre than brown hence why its syns have to be counted, although there are a few types such as Kingsmill great white which can be used as your Healthy extra B due to its extra fibre.
We've listed a few of the brown bread types you can use as your Healthy Extra B down below.
1 Hovis Wholemeal Sliced Roll.
1 Warburtons gluten-free multiseed sandwich thin.
3 slices Kingsmill No Crusts Wholemeal Bread (400g loaf).

Should I Eat White Bread On Slimming World?
Overall, if you can, we would always suggest switching over to wholemeal bread on the slimming world plan as it gives you extra syns to play with and has more fibre and health benefits which can aid in weight loss.
However, if you are a lover of white bread, it's not bad to have the occasional slice as long you are tracking it in your syns, make sure to know the weight of your slice beforehand and double if having two slices.
You could always try making out syn free cloud bread above if you don't like wholemeal bread but don't want to spend your syns on white bread!
