One chicken breast.
One weight watchers wrap.
15g of tortilla chips.
Pinch of chilli powder, cumin, garlic powder and salt.
Two lettuce leaves.
Two cheese slices.
Low cal cooking spray.
Start by blending your tortilla chips in a blender then combine with your spices and seasoning, slice your chicken into strips.
Now whisk your egg in a bowl, dip the strips into an egg, then the crushed tortillas and bake on a tray for 25 minutes.
Take your wraps then layer the salad, chicken and cheese and close the wrap, put back in the oven, heat and serve!
