  • 3 cloves garlic.
  • One carrot.

  • 2 large onions.

  • Oregano.
  • Pinch of sweetener.
  • Salt and pepper.

Method

  1. First fry off the onion, carrots and celery then add your beef mince and fry until browned.
  2. Now put in your tinned tomatoes plus the stock and milk then allow the sauce to simmer.
  3. Add the rest of your herbs and garlic, as well as the sweetener too.
  4. Allow cooking for at least an hour or until the sauce has thickened.
  5. Serve with cheese!
