Do Fridge Raiders Have A Lot Of Syns On Slimming World?

Fridge raiders are great high protein snacks to have in the house or make an excellent addition to a quick lunch on the go, but how many syns do they cost you?

As fridge raiders come in a variety of different flavours their syns differ, but on average, their syns range between 3-6 syns depending on the flavour and size of the pack. For example, a standard pack of slow-roasted chicken fridge raider bites which weigh 60g are 6 syns for the whole pack.

In our guide below we will cover how many syns all the different types of fridge raiders have as well as some other high protein alternatives to keep you going when you get a snack attack.

Can I Eat Fridge Raiders On Slimming World?

Since most fridge raider packs are fairly low in syns, they can be enjoyed as part of your daily syn allowance on the Slimming World plan within moderation. Although chicken is syn free, fridge raiders are not due to the flavourings and marination of the meat.

The larger packs are always higher in syns so you should be careful to weigh your portion out if you are snacking from these types, buying the packs with smaller multi-packs in is always better for portion control.

Final Words

Overall, fridge raiders are an excellent high protein low syn snack that can be enjoyed as part of the Slimming World plan within moderation. Make sure you check the weight of the pack that you are buying and the flavours however as they all have varying syns.

We recommend checking if snacks or bites have been breaded or flavoured as this always adds extra syns to food due to the fat and oil content.
