Cornettos are a go-to ice cream for many of us as a dessert, but since these sweet treats are not syn free on the slimming world plan, we need to make sure we're tracking their syns.
Cornettos have varying syns according to their flavour and brand, on average you can expect one Cornetto to have between 7.5 and 10 syns, making them a very high syn ice cream.

How Many Syns In A Strawberry Cornetto?
For a strawberry flavoured cornetto, most have a syn value of around 7.5 syns, this is lower compared to other types of cornettos but still consumes half of your daily syn allowance so should be eaten in moderation.
Strawberry Cornetto's are also very high in sugar, with one having up to 15g of sugar which is half of your recommended sugar allowance therefore we would recommend eating them in moderation.
How Many Syns In An Aldi Cornetto?
Aldi cornettos have 8-9.5 syns in, making them very high in syns, this is due to the sugars, flavourings and fat inside of the ice creams.
For example, Aldis strawberry and vanilla cornettos (compared to a portion of Vienetta) have 9 syns which is around 180 calories, 7.4g of fat and 17g of sugar. We would only suggest consuming these as the occasional dessert treats when you have syns to spare due to their high calorie and sugar content.
