One pinch of turmeric.
One pinch of ginger and garlic powder.
One tsp of salt.
Pinch of black pepper.
Pinch of chilli.
Lemon juice of one lemon.
Three spoons of fat-free yoghurt.

Two spoons of your seasoning.
Start by cutting your chicken into chunks then add your lemon juice and two spoons of the seasoning, add in your yoghurt and allow it to marinate for an hour.
Cook on a griddle for ten minutes until cooked through.
