Ingredients

  • One tablespoon of red wine vinegar.
  • Four baking potatoes.
  • Two canned tomatoes.
  • Teaspoon of garlic and paprika.
  • Two spoons of Worcestershire sauce.
  • Four smoked bacon medallions.
  • 190g of mozzarella.
  • 350g of green beans.
  • Four chicken breasts.

Method

  1. Start by heating your oven to gas mark six then put your spices, vinegar, chopped tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce in a baking dish and bring to a simmer for 20 minutes, season.
  2. Stretch each piece of bacon over each chicken breast, put the sauce in the dish and spoon a little over the top of the chicken then bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Steam your green beans, serve with the chicken and enjoy!
