Two cloves of garlic chopped.
800g of stewing steak.
Two spoons of tomato paste.
Spring of thyme.
600ml of beef stock.
Two spoons of cornstarch.
Parsley.

Method
Begin cooking by spraying a large frying pan over medium heat then brown off the beef, after browning the beef take it out of the pan then add the onion, garlic and carrot into the pan to fry off.
Fry off for about 5 minutes, adding stock to stop the onion from sticking then pour in the rest of the stock plus other ingredients into the pan apart from thyme and tomato paste plus parsley.

Bring to a boil, simmer for two hours then serve!
