  • Two teaspoons of sweetener.
  • 40g of oats (used as healthy extra B).
  • Drop of vanilla extract.
  • Pinch of baking powder.
  • Two tablespoons of fat free Greek yoghurt.
  • Two eggs.
  • Low cal cooking spray.

Method

  1. Blend all your oats into flour, then combine with all the other ingredients and store in the fridge for around 30 minutes.
  2. Spray a pan with low cal cooking spray, and cook the pancakes for one to two minutes on each side.
  3. Serve your pancakes with berries and fat-free yoghurt, to make them more like Staffordshire pancakes you can top them with cheese as your healthy extra A and bacon medallions which are syn free on the slimming world.

Ingredients

  • 40g of oats as healthy extra B.
  • 125ml of milk as healthy extra A.
  • One egg.
  • Salt.

Method

  1. Start by blending all the ingredients then place aside to rest for around 30 minutes.
  2. Spray your pan with low cal cooking spray then spread a thin layer of the pancake mix on each side, heat for 1 minute on each side then serve.
