A great way to save syns is to make your own peppercorn sauce at home which is slimming world friendly, our recipe below is also syn free!


  • One teaspoon of black peppercorns.
  •  300ml of chicken stock.
  •  One pinch of paprika.
  •  Two spoons of fat-free fromage frais.


  1. First, crush the peppercorns then add to a pan with your chicken stock and allow the mix to simmer for around 5 minutes.
  2.  Then add in the paprika, allow it to become a thicker consistency then remove, and let the mix sit for a few minutes.
  3.  Once cooled, add in the fromage frais and mix to make it creamy, gently heat through and serve!
