Ingredients

  • 40g of popcorn.
  • Pinch of sweetener.
  • 10g of chocolate chips.
  • Two tablespoons of maple syrup.
  • Cinnamon.
  • One tablespoon of milk and water.

Method

  1. Make your popcorn up on the stove, add some low cal cooking spray then salt and stevia to coat the popcorn.
  2. Grab a saucepan and add your syrup, cinnamon, milk and water then allow the mix to come to a bubble, coat the popcorn then add your chocolate chips and serve!
