Are Fruit Mentos High In Syns?

Fruit mentos can be an excellent choice if you crave something sweet but don't want to spend too many syns due to their small size.

These sweets have around half a syn for one sweet, making them low in syns, as long as you eat them in moderation.

In our guide below, we have covered how many fruit mentos you can eat on the SW plan, some syn values of mentos sweets and low syn sweet alternatives.

How Many Fruit Mentos Can I Eat On Slimming World?

At just 0.5 syns for one sweet you could have up to 30 fruit mentos before using up your daily syn allowance of 15 syns. We would not recommend eating these sweets in excess however due to their high sugar content, too many could also cause digestive issues.
