850g of piper potatoes.

Heat your oven to gas mark 9, to begin with then peel and cut your potatoes slicing them around 1cm thick.
Boil a large pan of water and allow the chips to boil for around 5 minutes, remove and shake them out on some paper towels to dry.

500g peeled potatoes.
1 spoon of instant mashed potato.

4 sweet potatoes.
