Falafels are a vegetarian staple for a quick and easy meal, but how many syns do they have in the slimming world? Are they syn friendly?
Falafels have varying syns according to their ingredients, on average, for mini ball falafels, two will cost you between 4-5 syns, making them a good low syn veggie snack for putting in sandwiches or salads.
