Ingredients

  • 550g of potatoes.
  • One garlic clove crushed.
  • Pinch of parsley and dried basil.
  • 60g of parmesan (can be used as two healthy extra A's).

Method

  1. Start by heating your oven to gas mark 6 then boil your fries, turn the water off and leave them in the water for around 5 minutes.
  2. Drain the fries and dry them, line a baking tray and mix the spices in a bowl, spread the fries out, spray with oil then sprinkle the seasoning on top and toss to mix.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven, once golden and crispy, mix with your parmesan then put the fries back in the oven and bake until melted.
