Ingredients

  • Low cal cooking spray.
  • Three spoons of tomato puree.
  • 2 garlic cloves and two onions chopped.

  • One veg stock cube.
  • Spoon of red wine vinegar.
  • Three spoons of fat-free Greek yoghurt.
  • Two pinches of sweetener.

Method

  1. To begin spray your frying pan with some low cal cooking spray and bring it to medium heat.
  2. Throw in your onion plus around 50 ml of water and cook for 10 minutes, add more water if the pan starts to get dry.
  3. Now stir in your chopped tomatoes, garlic, stock, oregano, puree and vinegar as well as 125ml of boiling water into the pan.
  4. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until your sauce has started to thicken add your basil in and serve!
