Are Kimchi Noodles Slimming World Friendly? - Our Unofficial Syn Guide

If you fancy making some healthy Korean noodles, you might be curious as to how many syns Kimchi noodles have on the SW plan, or are they syn free?

Are Kimchi Noodles Slimming World Friendly?

Kimchi noodles are syn free on the slimming world plan as long as they are plain, however, you can expect pre-made noodle packs with flavouring and ingredients to have anything between 15-25 syns.

Down below, we've put together a short syn guide, taking you through why Kimchi noodles are syn-free, some syn values of popular Kimchi noodle packs and low syn alternatives for an easy meal.

Why Are Kimchi Noodles Syn Free?

Kimchi noodles are a Korean type of noodle made of rice, which means they are syn free on the slimming world plan, mostly used in dishes like ramen or healthy stir-fries.

Most noodles are syn-free on the SW plan as long as they have no added ingredients, making them a great carb base for meals if you fancy a more Asian cuisine for dinner.

We would have caution when it comes to packet noodles at supermarkets, these contain lots of added flavouring and ingredients which increase their syn content, a good example of these are super noodles.
