A great way to keep the syns low in your flat bread is by making your own slimming world friendly version at home, we've listed an easy recipe below to follow if you feel like getting creative in the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 250g of fat-free Greek yoghurt.
  • Drop of rapeseed oil.
  • 250g of self-raising flour.

Method

  1. Mix your yoghurt and flour in a bowl then knead till it becomes a dough, add some low cal spray oil to a bowl and allow the dough to rest for about 30 minutes.
  2. Divide your dough into 8 pieces and use a roller to make eight flatbreads which are 16cm wide.
  3. Cover then heat a pan with some rapeseed oil.
  4. Keep the heat at a low, add one flatbread and allow it to puff up, flip over for another 30 seconds and serve.
