  • Thirty elderflower sprigs.
  • 2 litres of water.
  • 950g of sweetener.
  • Juice and zest of two oranges and two lemons.


  1. Start by adding your sweetener and water into a pan then heating until the sweetener dissolves, remove then add in your zest and juice.
  2. Wash your sprigs then put them into the mix and allow them to sit in the water for at least one day in the fridge.
