Ingredients

  • Four pieces of cod fillets (around 180g each).
  • Two spoons of beer.
  • Two eggs.
  • 3 slices of 400g white bread, should be slightly stale.

Method

  1. Begin by putting your bread into a blender till it becomes crumbs then preheat your oven to gas mark 7 and line a baking tray.
  2. Season your cod then mix your beer and eggs, dip the fish into this mix then into your breadcrumbs, and bake for around 20 minutes until cooked through and the crust is browned.
