Slimming World Ketchup Sauce

Ingredients

  • 550g of passata.
  • Large pinch of onion granules.
  • One pinch of salt and garlic powder.
  • One tsp of mustard powder.
  • Pepper.
  • Two tbsp of sweetener.
  • White vinegar 200ml.
  • Pinch of paprika.

Method

  1. Put all your ingredients into a saucepan and fry them, put a lid on and allow to simmer.
  2. Store in a container for up to three weeks.

Slimming World Hoisin Sauce

Ingredients

  • Chopped ginger and garlic.
  • 1 small onion, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp Marmite.
  • Half a can of black beans.
  • Pinch of five-spice powder.
  • Veg stock.
  • 2 tsp tomato paste.
  • 100g butternut squash and 50g of potato.
  • Three spoons of soy sauce.

Method

  1. Place your ginger, black beans, onion and garlic into a processor then add the marmite and onion plus some water until the mixture blends smooth.
  2. Put the mixture into a pan and add your seasonings plus the tomato paste and 200ml of boiling water until all becomes tender.
  3. Add your soy sauce to the blend again.
