Bread is rarely free, but the right wholemeal or brown loaf at two slices counts as a Healthy Extra B — meaning no syns. Outside that portion, or with naans, croissants, wraps and seeded loaves, syns add up quickly. Plainer wholegrain options with measured portions are the most plan-friendly.
