Do Quorn Swedish Style Meatballs Have A Lot Of Syns?

Quorn is an excellent meat alternative for vegetarians who want to incorporate more protein on the slimming world plan, it is also a low syn option for non-vegetarians who are looking to make healthy veggie meals.

Quorn Swedish style meatballs have exactly ZERO SYNS, this means you can enjoy them as part of your weeknight dinner without any guilt!

To help you stay on track with your SW plan, we composed a short guide below which will compare the syns in both meat free and meat meatballs, other Quorn syn values plus two syn free recipes for using Quorn Swedish style meatballs on the SW plan.

Meat Free Vs Meat Meatballs - Which Is SW Better?

Quorn meat-free meatballs are low in syns as well as high in protein making them a low syn way to enjoy a spaghetti dish in the evening, but just how SW friendly are these compared to actual meatballs?

Well, lean beef mince under 5% is also syn free on the slimming world plan, so if you make some homemade meatballs you could also land yourself a syn free dish.
