First of all boil your eggs for around 6 minutes then place them into cold water and allow them to cool, peel then set aside for later use.
Blend your bread into breadcrumbs and take the skin off the sausages.
Then blend the sausage, herbs and curry powder until combined, you can also season the mixture at this stage.
Heat your oven to gas mark 4 then flatten your mixture in your hand and wrap it around an egg, repeat this with the other three eggs.
Dip your eggs with the meat case into the whisked eggs then coat in breadcrumbs.
