Method

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to gas mark 9 then cut your potatoes into rectangular chips of even size for cooking.
  2. Boil your chips in some salted water for around 5 minutes, remove, drain then shake up the sides to get rough edges.
  3. Put your chips onto a baking tray and spray with some low cal cooking spray, bake for 30 minutes turning once halfway. Season and serve!
