Ingredients

  • 900g of potato.
  • Spray oil like avocado.
  • Two spring onions.
  • Pinch of onion powder.
  • Pinch of salt.

Method

  1. Begin by heating your oven to gas mark 8 then peel all of your potatoes and parboil them for around 5 minutes.
  2. Take out the pain, drain under some cold water then grate them.
  3. Put the grated potato on a kitchen towel then mix in a bowl with your salt and onion powder.
  4. Line a baking tray, place some egg holders on the pan and spray them with your oil. Flatten the rounds down, spray them again the bake for 20 minutes and serve with your spring onions on top.
