Ingredients

  • 200g of oats.
  • One egg.
  • 20g of raisins.
  • Pinch of cinnamon and baking soda.
  • Two tablespoons of water.
  • Three tbsp of butter.
  • Drop of vanilla extract.
  • 40g of brown sugar.
  • Three spoons of sweetener.

Method

  1. Start by preheating your oven to gas mark four then blend half your oats up in a processor, add these to your normal oats along with cinnamon, baking soda and raisins.
  2. Take your butter, brown sugar, sweetener and combine, add your wet ingredients such as the egg, vanilla extract and water.
  3. Line a baking tray and roll the cookie mixture into twelve even balls to bake for 25 minutes total.
