Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 50g of chia seeds.
  • Three teaspoons of honey.

  • 500ml of soya milk.

Method

  1. Add half of the chia seeds into two jars then add half of the cocoa powder, honey and soya milk.
  2. Shake the jars with the lid firmly on top and store overnight then enjoy in the morning!
