Chia seeds should be eaten in moderation due to their high syn value and can be easy to overeat, so we suggest measuring out your portion rather than sprinkling them. Easy Vanilla Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 30g of chia seeds as your healthy extra.
  • 100ml of no sugar non-dairy milk like almond milk. (use as healthy extra A)
  • Drop of vanilla essence.

Method

  1. Simply mix all the ingredients in a jar then put the lid on and store it in the fridge overnight.

Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 50g of chia seeds.
  • Three teaspoons of honey.
  • Two teaspoons of cocoa powder.
  • 500ml of soya milk.

Method

  1. Add half of the chia seeds into two jars then add half of the cocoa powder, honey and soya milk.
  2. Shake the jars with the lid firmly on top and store overnight then enjoy in the morning!
