Ingredients

  • Three spoons of quark.
  • A teaspoon of sweetener.
  • Frylight.
  • Three eggs.
  • Seasoning.

Method

  1. Separate your eggs then mix the yolks with your quark, sweetener and seasoning, whisk the egg whites in another bowl till they become stiff.
  2. Fold together, spray a baking tray then spoon the mixture into small roll shapes and bake for 20 minutes.
