How Many Syns in Aunt Bessie’s Apple Crumble? + 3 Easy Slimming World Apple Crumble Recipes

Everyone deserves a treat now and then, even when following Slimming World. The best part? You can still enjoy your favourites in moderation, as long as you count the syns.

But how many syns are in Aunt Bessie’s Apple Crumble, and is it worth spending your daily allowance on?

A slice of Aunt Bessie’s Apple Crumble will cost you 12 syns on Slimming World. That’s a big chunk of your daily 15-syn allowance, so you’ll need to save most of your syns if you want to enjoy it.

The high syn value comes from the sugar and fat used in the crumble topping, which makes it much heavier than a homemade Slimming World-friendly version.

Can You Eat Aunt Bessie’s Apple Crumble on Slimming World?

Yes — you absolutely can! One of the best parts about Slimming World is that nothing is banned. As long as you count the syns and stay within your daily allowance, there’s no reason why you can’t have a slice of Aunt Bessie’s Apple Crumble as an occasional treat.

However, at 12 syns per slice, it doesn’t leave you with much wiggle room for the rest of the day. If you know you’ll want dessert, it’s best to plan ahead and keep your other meals lower in syns.
