Ingredients

  • 150g of porridge oats.
  • One tsp of baking powder.
  • 300g fat-free plain yoghurt.
  • One egg.
  • Pinch salt.
  • One tsp of seeds.

Method

  1. Combine the oats, baking powder, salt and yoghurt then place in a refrigerator for the night and heat the oven to gas mark 4.
  2. Fold in the egg and prepare a baking tray.
  3. Combine the seeds and split the mixture into four rolls, push the spoon in the centre to make a hole.
  4. Sprinkle the seeds on top and bake for 45 minutes.
